PELTOLA ORGANIC FARM
Peltola Organic Farm's old main building and storage house have been carefully renovated using traditional and ecological methods. In the main building, the living room and the drawing room are ideal for meetings, dining, and other events, with room for 30 to 50 persons. In the living room, you will enjoy the natural patina of the original wooden beams while relaxing by a warm fire.

The accommodations in the storage house are open the year round. The storehouse has five 2-person sleeping quarters. One of the rooms is larger than the rest and features cooking facilities. The storehouse includes a dressing room with fireplace, sauna and shower facilities. Our summer storehouse also has sleeping quarters for four persons. We have a limited amount of caravan spaces with electrical connections. The smoke sauna is situated on the shore of the Lake Ajosjärvi. The sand bottom lake is child-friendly because it slopes gently from the shore - without any sharp drops. Overlooking the shore there is a sheltered barbecue area. There are also farm animals during the summer season.

Driving from Tampere: We are approximately 90 kilometres east of Tampere. Follow motorway 9 to Orivesi. Take the exit marked for regional highway 58 and turn left at the end of the exit ramp. Follow regional road 58 northbound until you reach local road 348. Turn left and follow this road (348) in the direction of Vilppula. Follow road 348 for about 9 kilometres. After passing the church, turn left onto Poukantie and following this road for 1.6 kilometres. Turn right into our yard..

A farm accommodation enterprise by Lake Ajosjärvi, about 3 km from the Vilppula centre. We offer all-year round accommodation in five double rooms with toilets and TVs. Two more modest rooms are also available. A sauna and a traditional smoke sauna as required. We also have a limited amount of caravan parking places with electrical connections.
